Instructions

The final rosette measures 6" in diameter. Cut 2piece of 3" x 12" strip from the HCDP1-280 Festive Holly Paper Collection. Score at 1/8" of regular intervals. Join the 2 12" strips and fold the scores at regular mountain and valley. Join the 2 ends to with glue gun place it on a small piece of paper to form the rosette.

Die cut 2 pieces using the circle die with 1/8inch less and adhere to each other. Stamp and die cut multiple pieces from the HCD1-7146 Festive Holiday Die and stamp using Frosted Amber distress oxide.Shade and shape the sides of the holly leaves using frosted Amber and Iced Pruce distress ink.Once colored heat set the leaves using Rajni Chawla's frosted powder.

For the snoow also I have used the Frosting powder by Rajni Chawla on top of the berries and leaves.
First place the rosette and then place the stack of die cut circles. Adhere and arrange the cluster of holly leaves and berries on a base of mesh and some dry artificial leaves. To finish sprinkled and heat set some snow using the frosted powder.

Card with Alstroemeria

Welcome friends to another post where I have another flower from Susan's Garden. The more you make flowers more you fall in love with nature. These flowers are commonly called the Peruvian Lily. For the vase I have used the Victorian Cup with a little twist.

In India we have a folk art name Madhubani painting. It is done using very fine nib or brush pens. I have used the same folk art in the cup to create the vibrance and contrast to the bright orange Alstroemeria.

Also for the background I had fun adhering Congrats Die with white on white for the base. The card has 3 layers with the Altroemeria.

Do share how you like it and leave your lovely comments.

I will be back with some more fun projects so stay tuned.

Self Challenge 1 + Mudra

Welcome friends to another post where I am intending to start a very interesting series of post for myself and many others like me.

Week Back Erum made a reality check and here's where I picked up my challenge. She is an amazing crafter and you can view all her creations HERE.

So she knocked and said " Can we make some less bulky cards" and oh yes it was a real good knock and I thought its been time I made some single layered card. These are easy to mail and also quick to create.

Along with this I also challenged myself to pick any stamps from my stash and create some cards.

Challenge Rules

1. Single Layered Card
2. Any 2 Stamps from Stash
3. Weekly Challenge

So for this week I have picked up 2 stamps from Mudra and created 3 cards.

3 cards from 2 stamps is what I have challenged myself.

Do share how you like it and also would love to hear from you.

Untill then happy Crafting!
